Rimworld mods not showing up.

Mods not showing up? I took a few days break from the rim, and when I came back it must have updated, and now none of my subscribed mods show up in the game. I've tried unsubbing and resubbing, but the only thing listed is core. I've also tried rolling back to a previous version to no avail. Does anyone know what's going on? What you can do to get around this if it's a long term problem is to copy all the mods out of the workshop folder and paste them into the game's mod folder.
